Arugula has been described as peppery, mustardy, and spicy, but we just call it delicious! Excellent as a baby green when picked young; add new flavors and textures to your everyday salad, or simply toss arugula with balsamic vinegar and olive oil and top with fresh-grated Parmesan for a distinctive Italian take on salads. Leaves can also be steamed as a side dish or added to many other dishes, such as pizza. Also a good container variety.
